~ Biography ~
My work stands at the intersection of strategy, leadership and personal transformation.
With a background in international law, business development and market expansion, I spent over a decade working across industries and cultures. This experience shaped my understanding that behind every organisation, decision or challenge there is always a human story.
Today I bring together strategic thinking, deep coaching and creative exploration to support individuals, leaders and teams in moments of transition and meaningful change.
Before dedicating my work fully to coaching, I spent more than a decade in international business development and strategic growth across CEE and global markets.
My experience includes work in sectors such as oil & gas, software, biotech and investment industries, leading market entries in over ten countries and supporting more than eighty investors in strategic expansion and partnerships.
This background allows me to understand organisations not only from a coaching perspective, but from the inside of real business dynamics.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching practice is built on the belief that lasting change does not begin with behaviour — it begins with identity, values and meaning.
Rather than providing ready answers, I create space where individuals and teams can reflect deeply, reconnect with their direction and make decisions that truly align with who they are.
My work often integrates strategic dialogue, creative exploration and systemic perspectives, including music-based approaches.
